Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj:- Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was the eldest son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj the founder of Maratha Empire and his first wife Saibai. He was born at Purandhargadh on 14th May 1657.His life was too hard, when he was 2 years old his mother (Saibai) died. He was taught important life lessons by his grandmother Mata Jijabai. Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was a courageous, intelligent, innovative and great leader. At the age of 13 he had learned 13 languages including english and South Indian languages. At the same age he had written Shaastra and a Ganpati geet. He was interested in horse riding, archery and bodybuilding. Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was a rare combination of Sastra and Shaastra.
He faught his first war at 16 year old at ramnagar carrying 60 kilos sword . Chatarapati sambhaji maharaj learned political alliances from maharaja Amer when he was 10 year old.Chatrapati sambhaji maharaj started ruling raigad killa when his father Chatarapati Shivaji Maharaj was busy with mughals . Chatarapati Shivaji Maharaj died in 1681 after father death Chatarapati sambhaji maharaj was the Maratha emperor .He faught 120 battles in just 9 year and won all the battles Sambhaji  maharaj was first in Indian history to do this because he was courageous and strong king 
Chatrapati sambhaji maharaj has Kavi kalash of ujjian as the chief counselor . Kavi kalash use to explain war strategy to sambhaji maharaj in kavitas form .But at 1689 ganoji sirkh cheatedly help mughals and tell the secret area of Chatarapati sambhaji maharaj and Kavi kalash . Mughals with 2000 soldiers attack on chatarapati sambhaji maharaj and Kavi kalash
